§1
- The Regulations define the rules for the provision of services, liability and staying on the premises of the building "Apartamenty Miluchna" and are an integral part of the agreement, which is concluded by completing check-in activities, as well as by making a reservation or paying a deposit or the entire amount due for the stay at "Apartamenty Miluchna". By performing the above activities, the Guest confirms that he/she has read and accepts the terms of the Regulations.
- By making a reservation, the Client consents to the processing of his/her personal data, solely and exclusively for the purposes related to the performance of the contract and marketing by "Apartamenty Miluchna" in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data (GDPR). Information on the protection of personal data is contained in a separate document, which each Guest can read on the miluchna.pl website or at the reception.
- The regulations apply to all Guests staying in the "Apartamenty Miluchna" Building
§2
- The room is rented on a daily basis.
- The apartment day lasts from 16:00 on the day of arrival until 11:00 on the day of departure.
- Reception is open from 8:00 to 20:00. Check-in is possible until 21:00.
A different time of arrival of the guest at the facility should be reported and agreed with the staff via e-mail, comments when booking or by telephone. - The Guest should report the wish to extend the stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival at the reception by 10:00 on the day on which the room rental expires. The facility will accommodate requests to extend the stay to the extent of its possibilities and room availability. The facility cannot accommodate the request to extend the room rental if there are no vacancies.
- The guest may not transfer the room to other people, even if the period for which he or she paid has not expired.
- Guests of the Facility are required to register immediately upon arrival with the Receptionist. In order to confirm their identity, the client is required to show a document with a photograph (Act of 10.04.1974 on the population register and identity cards, Journal of Laws of 2001, No. 87, item 960). In the event of refusal to show an identity document, Apartamenty Miluchna has the right to refuse to check in the Guest.

- The Service Recipient has no right to withdraw from the hotel service reservation agreement, in accordance with Article 38, point 12 of the Consumer Rights Act.
Reservations are processed within 14 days and in the case of reservations made within 14 days before arrival - the deposit is non-refundable, and reservations made longer than 14 days may be refundable or exchanged for a voucher for other dates.
§3
- Fees for accommodation in the Facility and other services are specified in the "Price List" and "Packages" available on the Miluchna.pl website.
- The price is for renting a room – apartment for one day, assuming the maximum number of guests in a given room – apartment. In the event of a smaller number of guests than specified in the room specification, the price does not change.
- The rooms have the possibility of an extra bed. The Guest must inform the staff on the day of arrival about the desire to use an extra bed.
The fee for an extra bed is determined in accordance with the price list. - In case of earlier reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay is required. The deposit must be paid within 3 days from the date of reservation to the bank account or via the Dotpay Settlement Center (Przelewy24) during the reservation. The services of the Dotpay Settlement Center (Przelewy24) are provided by PayPro SA with its registered office in Poznań, ul. Kanclerska 15, 60-327 Poznań, NIP 7792369887, entered into the register of entrepreneurs under KRS number 0000347935, maintained by the District Court of Poznań Nowe Miasto and Wilda, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, with the share capital of PLN 4,737,100.00, fully paid up, and into the register of national payment institutions maintained by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority under number UKNF IP24/2014, pursuant to the Terms and Conditions of Services available at: https://www.przelewy24.pl/regulamin.
- The deposit is forfeited in full in the event of cancellation or failure to show up.
If you cancel your booking more than 21 days before the start of your stay, you can use the deposit for another stay within 6 months of the date of cancellation of the previous booking. - Payment of the deposit is tantamount to acceptance of the Facility Regulations.
- Failure to use the entire booked stay, e.g. due to no-arrival, later arrival or earlier departure than indicated in the booking, does not result in a reduction in payment for the service.
- The owners of Miluchna Apartments reserve the right to cancel the reservation without notice if the reservation fee is not received by the date indicated in the reservation email.
- Payment for your stay is collected on the first or second day after arrival. Please keep to this obligation.
- Payment is made in cash, by credit or debit card or by bank transfer.
The date of payment is deemed to be the date on which the funds are credited to the bank account. - Packages are booked for strictly defined dates and cannot be modified.
- The room number confirmed during the booking may change without notice to the Client.
§4
- We do not provide any third parties with any information regarding the personal data of registered Guests of our Facility.
- Unregistered persons may stay in the room from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
§5
- The facility has a quiet night time policy from 10pm to 7am.
- It is prohibited to organize any parties or listen to loud music or TV in the facility.
§6
- The Guest of the Apartment is financially liable for any damage or destruction of the equipment and technical devices of the Facility caused by his fault or the fault of people visiting him. For damage discovered after leaving the room, the Guests will be charged for the repair.
- In order to ensure that any potential damages can be settled, a deposit of PLN 300 per apartment must be paid together with the deposit.
- The deposit will be returned on the declared end of the stay after checking the apartment in the presence of the person who made the reservation, or within three days after departure, if checking the apartment was not possible due to the fault of the person who made the reservation (guest), to the bank account or to the credit or debit card account.
- In the event of loss of the Key (MasterKey system key), the Guest is financially liable in the amount of PLN 250 per key.
- For fire safety reasons, it is forbidden to use heaters, electric irons and other similar devices that are not part of the room equipment in the rooms, as well as smoking and using open fire.
- This does not apply to phone chargers and power supplies for RTV and computer devices.
- Due to fire safety, smoking and the use of open fire are prohibited throughout the building. For your safety, fire detectors are installed in the rooms. Triggering a false fire alarm, as well as breaking the smoking/open fire ban is associated with a fine of PLN 200 and may lead to termination of the contract.
- Pets are not allowed at this property.
§7
- The facility provides services in accordance with its category and standard.
- In case of any reservations regarding the quality of services, the Guest is requested to report them to the Reception as soon as possible, no later than 1 day after check-in, which will allow for an immediate reaction. At the same time, we inform you that we are not responsible for any inconvenience caused by reasons beyond our control, e.g. interruptions in water or electricity supply, weakening of the Internet or TV signal, force majeure.
§8
- The facility is required to provide:
- Conditions for the Guest's complete and unhindered relaxation.
- A safe stay, including the security of maintaining the confidentiality of information about the Guest.
- Professional and courteous service within the scope of services provided.
- Carrying out necessary repairs to equipment during the Guest's absence, or in his presence only if he expresses such a request.
- Technically efficient service; in the event of faults that cannot be repaired, the facility will make every effort to change the room, if possible, or to otherwise alleviate the inconvenience.
§9
- The Facility’s liability for the loss of or damage to money, securities, valuables or items of scientific or artistic value is limited.
- The facility is liable for the loss or damage of items brought in by persons using its services to the extent specified in the provisions of Articles 846-849 of the Civil Code, unless the parties have agreed otherwise.
- The Guest should notify the Reception about the occurrence of damage immediately after it is discovered.
- The property is not responsible for any damage or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to guests.
§10
- Throughout the entire facility (inside and outside) it is prohibited to:
- Smoking cigarettes, including e-cigarettes.
- Disturbing the peace (e.g. playing or performing loud music)
- Inviting and receiving guests after 10 p.m.
- The behavior of Guests and persons using the services of the resort should not disturb the peaceful stay of other Guests; the management and employees may refuse to continue providing services to a person who violates the rules generally considered indecent.
- Walking in ski boots around the Miluchna Building and bringing ski equipment to the rooms.
- It is forbidden to change the location of furniture in rooms and other rooms such as wardrobes, beds, sofas, desks, etc. Moving furniture without the consent of the Facility Manager may result in a fine determined by the Facility Owners.
- Bringing sports equipment such as bicycles or other items to rooms.
- Destruction of greenery and garden and landscape elements and equipment.
- Use of pyrotechnics and weapons.
- Persons violating the provisions of these Regulations will be obliged to immediately leave the facility.
- Personal belongings left by a departing Guest will be available for collection at the reception or prepared for shipping (the Guest is required to order a courier and inform the reception). In the event of failure to receive such information, these items will be stored for a month and then destroyed.
§11
- Complaints. Guests have the right to file a complaint if they notice any deficiencies in the quality of the services provided, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
- The condition for consideration of the complaint is its submission in writing to the reception of "Apartamenty Miluchna".
- A complaint should be filed immediately after noticing any deficiencies in the standard of services provided.
- Complaints will be considered within 14 days of their receipt.
- Information on how the complaint will be handled will be sent to the Guest to the e-mail address, postal address or telephone number provided by him/her.
§12
- In the event of a persistent violation of these Regulations, the staff of Apartamenty Miluchna has the right to draw attention to the improper behavior of the Guest. If the warning does not bring the intended effect, the staff may throw the Guest out of the Miluchna Building with immediate effect.
§13
- The facility's regulations are made available to the public by posting them on the miluchna.pl website and by way of individual familiarisation by the Client during the booking and check-in procedures.
